I felt a little let down by the last DLC as it added little more than a multiplayer repurposing for several existing locations and yeah it did double the number of arenas but it didn’t come anywhere near the fun of the free DLC. ‘Liars and Cheats’ is more up to spec for what I would call a worthwhile DLC.

In a surprise announcement, Activision has just revealed that the Call of Duty franchise will be going 3D for the first time. If you’ve blown an enormous wad of cash on a fancy 3D telly you’ll be able to mow down your Cold War foes in an extra dimension.

Great news this week (via joystiq): Nihilistic Software’s Zombie Apocalypse will be landing on XBLA and PSN this Wednesday and Thursday (respectively) for 800 Microsoft dollars/points/thingies.
