Geektastic Armageddon Expo Returns Bigger And Better
Armageddon Expo returns to Wellington for three days of pulp culture extravaganza on June 4th-6th, 2016. The event will be held in the Westpac Stadium. The event bigger and better than ever. Making her first appearance at Armageddon expo is kiwi iZombie star Rose McIver, also known for her roles in The Lovely Bones and Once Upon A Time. Other international guests include Grimm actors David Giuntoli (Detective Nick Burkhardt) and Bitsie Tulloch (Eve), Harry Potter and Game of Thrones actor Natalia Tena (Nymphadora Tonks), Star Trek Voyager and Stargate Atlantis actor Robert Picardo (Dr Lewis Zimmerman), Doctor Who and Trollied Actor Samuel Anderson (Danny Pink), Ash vs Evil Dead actors Ray Santiago (Pablo Simon Bolivar) and Dana DeLorenzo (Kelly Maxwell), Xena and Seaquest DVS actor Ted Raimi (Joxer), Supernatural, Dollhouse and Battlestar Galactica guest Tahmoh Penikett (Gadreel), Stargate SG1 actor Cliff Simon (Ba’al), Outlander and The Hobbit Trilogy actor Graham McTavish (Dougal MacKenzie), The Shannara Chronicles and The Hobbit Trilogy actor Jed Brophy (The Dagda Mor) as well as Star Trek Voyager actor and Chuck Director Robert Duncan McNeill (Lieutenant Tom Paris).
For our wrestling fans we have international wrestling legend, Roy Wayne Ferris also known as The Honky Tonk Man whom is famous for holding the WWF Intercontinental Championship for a record 64 weeks.
Armageddon expo is also proud to be hosting two international cosplay stars Tine Marie Riis from Norway and Eve Beauregard from Australia.
Fans of animation and anime are in for a treat this year with a variety of voice actors attending Armageddon including Stephanie Sheh (Sailor Moon, Naruto, Bleach, Eureka Seven), Michael Sinterniklaas (Venture Brothers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and Christy Carlson Romano (Kim Possible).
Comic lovers have also been catered too with international comic guests including Carl Potts (Alien Legion, Punisher War Journal), Rachael Stott (Doctor Who Comics, Star Trek/Planet Of The Apes), Christian Gossett (Attica, Warden, The Red Star) and New Zealands own Richard Fairgray (Blastosaurus, I Fight Crime, Anoraks and Acolytes)
