If your a Beatles fan, then 09-09-09 could quite possibly be one of the best days you’ve had for a while. While you would be excited about the new release of ALL the Beatles music digitally remastered and electronically available, you may not be in the category of being so excited about the new Rock Band : Beatles offering.

But fear not, even if you are not a fan of the Rock Band franchise, this game may actually have something very exciting for you. After much discussion with the “Shareholders” of the Beatles music, the Game not only delivers on 45 digitally remastered tracks but also a few other “Never Seen Before” features. 

You play as anyone of the band members (or as the entire band if your friends are involved) and start your journey with the Beatles from their early days in the Cavern Club, all the way thru to their final Gig on the Roof. As you pass various challenges you are awarded with a range of seen and unseen Beatles-Mania, as well as some recordings of the band talking amongst themselves in the studio.

The game has been modified from the standard Rock Band engine to include some special visual features that bring some trademark Beatles mannerisms to the onscreen animations.

All in all this game looks very entertaining, and definitely takes a proven formula and extends it with a franchise that’s bound to keep people entertained for ages.
